Shipping policy

We ship within 48 hours of purchase for most orders. Special Event items may have extended handing times. You will get a shipping notification when your order ships as well as a tracking number. It can take 24 hours for the tracking number to update. 

We ship USPS ( United States Post Office) and UPS. Shipping methods range from standard to express. Delivery can take from 3-8 buiness days depending on location. All orders can be subject to carrier delays. In an event of a delay we will do everything we can to help get your pacakge moving, but it may extend delivery. 

Standard Delivery: USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground 

Priority Delivery: USPS Priorty Mail or UPS 3 Day Select

Express Delivery: USPS Express Mail or UPS Overnight

           Express Delvery: We do have a 2 day handling time. While most order will ship same day or next day. The overnight or Express shipping date will reflect a 2 day handing time. If you need your item sooner, or are worried about delivery. Please reach out. We will do everything we can to get our order out for you. 

Delivery 

In and event that your item has not been delivered, please reach out. We will work with you to get the issue resolved. We are not responsible for loss of product or shipments after they are scanned delivered by the courier. Loss of shipments after delivery, should be addressed to USPS, or UPS respectively. Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address being provided with your order or address updates not being made upon moving to a new address. We do offer signature delivery service for an additional cost at checkout.
